Posting Out Plants FAQ
How long does it take for plants to arrive? 

Dispatch of plants takes between 3-5 working days. All plants are packaged with care and attention to make sure the plants are safe in the post. 

How do we keep the plants safe during posting?

Plants are packed with mostly reused or recyclable materials to stop the plants from moving around in the box. They are wrapped in strong paper insuring that there is no space for the plant to move in the box to stop any bruising or breakage.

 

What happens if I am not happy with the plant or its damaged?

If the unlikely chance that you are not happy with the plant or it has arrived damaged please have a look at the returns policy on the Shop policy area of the site. Returns can be accepted and refunds can be given.
